From the office staff to the installer the entire team was total pro. I am a state certified general contractor and I have a “guy” who is an a/c contractor that I always use and highly recommend but he was out of town a few weeks ago and our a/c decided to quit on us. I started my search thru word of mouth and spoke with Annemarie at the office and she was able to send out the service manager for the assessment of our unit. He quickly diagnosed the unit and sent out his sales rep who competitively priced out a replacement and brought over a small unit for us to use to cool down the master bedroom over night while we waited on the install. The install team actually did one of the most professional jobs I have personally seen and the unit was subsequently inspected, passed, and after a conversation with the inspector I understood his confidence in the Ace team was second to none stating that “I would use them first on any of my personal a/c needs.” It was refreshing to have such a great team on board. The professionalism and commitment was a blessing and I will recommend you guys when asked for my opinion. Thanks again!
