Bismarck ND – Ace Air Conditioning was awarded the mechanical contract for a new Longhorn Steakhouse being built next to the Gateway Fashion Mall in Bismarck. The contract includes installation of all HVAC, ductwork, kitchen hoods and refrigeration for the 6,170 structure.
Construction broke ground in June, and is scheduled to be competed in time for the restaurant to open in late November, 2015.
