Orlando, FL – Ace Air Conditioning has been awarded the mechanical contract for Darden’s new upscale seafood restaurant to be built on Orlando’s Restaurant Row near the tourist attractions and theme parks. Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is set to open in October 2013.
Ace will work alongside general contractor, Haley Construction. The beautiful building is to feature floor to ceiling windows as well as a 450 square foot glass wine room which will have its own air conditioning units to keep the wines at the proper temperature separate from the rest of the building.
Ace Air Conditioning will begin work at Eddie V’s May, 2013.
