Ace Air Conditioning has begun work on the Brio Tuscan Grille being built in Sarasota, FL. The restaurant will be part of The Mall at University Town Center, a new high end 880,000 square foot mall which will include 115 stores as well as several restaurants.
Ace is working on the is project along side Ohio based contractor, Deerfield Construction. The restaurant will have 7,444 square feet of inside space as well as an outdoor seating area. Each Brio building is designed differently. This one is to resemble the recently opened Jacksonville location for which Ace also completed the mechanical contract.
Brio Tuscan Grille, along with the rest of the mall, is set to open October, 16, 2014.
