Orange City, FL – The Ace Team is hard at work on a new location for Moe’s Southwest Grill being built at 980 Saxon Blvd. The former Blockbuster store on one of the area’s busiest intersections is being converted into a three unit commercial building that, in addition to Moe’s, will include a Starbucks and a Mattress One.
Ace Air Conditioning is working alongside Jacksonville based General Contractor, Dakenna Development Inc. The mechanical contract includes installation of the central air conditioning system, heating and ventilation, refrigeration with a full walk in cooler, kitchen hoods and fans, as well as all ductwork for the restaurant.
The site will be the new location for the Moe’s currently in the nearby Crown Centre Plaza.
