Tampa, FL – Ace Air Condition is starting work on a new Grimaldi’s Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria being built in Tampa’s Citrus Park Mall. Ace will be working alongside Buffalo Construction, a Kentucky based company with extensive experience in restaurant building and remodeling.
The mechanical contract includes all HVAC installation for the 4,000 square foot pizzeria. One of the distinctive features of the plan for Grimaldi’s is a bar that is located inside the restaurant, but also open to the outside patio. Ace will install three air curtains in order to keep the conditioned air inside the restaurant. Excelling in this type of specialty commercial construction is something Ace Air Conditioning has gained a reputation for throughout the United States.
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is scheduled to open Fall, 2012.
