Ace Air Conditioning was awarded the mechanical contract for Central Florida’s first Yard House Restaurant, to be located in a $200 million shopping, dining and entertainment complex featuring the Orlando Eye. The complex will be I-Drive, a top tourist destination in Orlando.
Ace will be working alongside Buffalo Construction on this unique style building. The industrial chic construction featuring visible ductwork incorporated into the decor will call for special attention to detail during installation to make ductwork aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Ace has extensive experience in doing this type of work.
Ace will begin work on the project in November of 2013. Orlando’s Yard House is set to open for dining April, 2014.
