Orlando, FL – Ace Air Conditioning has been awarded the mechanical contract for the new Primrose School of Lake Nona being built on Narcoossee Road in Orlando. Ace will work along side Central Florida builder, RB Marks Construction.
The mechanical contract includes installation of ten 16 SEER Carrier heat pump systems, ten programmable thermostats and ten smoke dampers with 120 volt electric actuators, as well as five square inline centrifugal exhaust fans and four dehumidifiers.
Construction will be completed in time for the school to open in August, 2012.
