Orlando, FL – Ace Air Conditioning has been awarded the mechanical contract for the upscale new assisted living facility being built in central Florida’s beautiful Avalon Park in East Orlando. Ace will be working alongside Lamm and Co. Partners one of the the area’s premier general contractors for high end architecture.
The 10 million dollar, 80,000 square foot project, originally named Park Tower at Avalon, will include 90 senior living apartments as well as 128 assisted living beds. The three story building will be surrounded by beautiful park-like landscaping. Clearly a project of this magnitude calls for a highly specialized mechanical plan as well as a large team of qualified installers competent to work with such state of the art equipment.
Encore at Avalon is set for groundbreaking on September 10th at 5:30 PM and scheduled to open summer of 2014.
