Ocala, FL – Ace Electrical has completed installation at the new 8,500 square foot ambulatory surgery center on Pine Avenue in Ocala. Along with the surgery center, this state of the art healthcare facility includes medical office space and outparcels made up of 27,000 square feet of building pads for addition medical offices.
Ace worked alongside Cotter Ryan, an outstanding Central Florida builder specializing in new commercial projects and renovations with notable experience in medical buildings.
Ace Electrical installed all of the power and lighting systems for the critical care and general care areas as well as for the medical offices. This includes a 100 kilowatt diesel powered backup generator and specialized nurse call system. Ace also installed outdoor ambient lighting. The medical facility is set to open this fall.
