Ace Electrical is at work on the electrical contract for Trophy Room, an athletic apparel and footwear store by Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus Jordan. Ace is doing the wiring, lighting and installation of all electrical components for the new building. Customized lighting including LED pendant lights, low bay lights and track lighting is an integral part of the store’s aesthetic design.

Inspired by the room in Michael Jordan’s estate where the family’s awards were displayed, and filled with Michael Jordan memorabilia, Trophy Room will be more than a just another athletic store. Located in the popular tourist area, Disney Springs, it will also be an attraction for sports fans from all over the world.

Custom Lighting Upgrades at the Ace

The Ace Electrical team is putting the finishing touches on the newest and final phase of a 5,600 square foot expansion that began in 2011. Custom suspended linear fluorescent lighting surrounded by recessed can lights will give the room a modern look while also being more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. Equipped with a kitchenette, and flat screen TVs, along with all the latest technology in the field, the facility will soon be ready to host service meetings, new employee training, continuing education for technicians and installers, as well as all other Ace conferences and functions. The conference room and training facility is expected to be fully completed by the beginning of Spring, 2016

Russell Home Rebuild and Remodel

Orlando, FL – Ace Electrical is currently at work on the electrical contract to rebuild and remodel the Russell Home for Atypical Children in Orlando. Standing since the 1940s, the Russell Home was the nation’s first non-profit institution for brain damaged children, and has since welcomed hundreds of children. Now the home is getting some much need renovations and an expansion to allow for more residents.

The new buildings will include dormitories, three new bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room seating 48, a media room and a physical therapy room, expanding the home from 9,000 to 15,000 square feet. As part of the project, all existing bathrooms throughout the facility will also be remodeled. Ace is doing the wiring, lighting and installation of all electrical components for the new buildings as well as the remodeled areas.

Providing around-the-clock specialized care in a home-like atmosphere to youth with special needs, the facility will remain open during the rebuild and remodel. Renovations began on October 14th, 2015, and are expected to be completed next spring.

1st Choice Pediatrics

Oviedo, FL – Ace Electrical has completed the electrical installation at the newest location for 1st Choice Pediatrics. The Oviedo office will be the fifth 1st Choice Pediactrics location to open in the great Orlando area.

Working alongside general contractor, Cotter Ryan, Ace installed all lighting and power for the building including wiring specialized for medical equipment.

Groundbreaking for the state of the art children’s health facility was April 11th, and the Grand Opening will be Saturday, October 14th.
