Jacksonville, FL – Ace Air Conditioning was awarded the Mechanical Contract for Jacksonville’s first Brio Tuscan Grille which is being built in the St. Johns Town Center. Ace will work alongside Mike Peterson Construction, a Las Vegas based company with extensive experience in commercial construction including restaurants, medical facilities, casinos and office spaces.
The building will be over 8,500 square feet. Ace Air Conditioning is to install six Lennox roof top units, an Aaon roof top packaged unit, an Aaon split system, as well as twelve Sunpack wall mounted propane heaters, thirteen Mars air doors and all kitchen hoods.
Currently there are nearly 50 Brio Tuscan Grilles nationwide, with eight locations in Florida. This 1.75 million dollar project is scheduled to be completely in time for the restaurant to open in August of 2012.
