]]> Under the direction of the Service Manager, this HVAC Installer position is responsible for the following;

Duties include:

  • Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
  • Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity
  • Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
  • Repair damaged HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues
  • Requisition parts and materials and maintain inventory
  • Provide complete information to accurately document corrective action, labor hours, and materials used on work orders

Qualified applicants must possess:

  • Two or more years of related HVAC Installation experience experience and advanced training.
  • EPA Certification
  • Current Driver’s license that is in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to listen, take direction and follow through with assigned tasks
  • Ability to work effectively with all staffing levels
  • Must be detail-oriented, flexible, organized, and able to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

]]> Rochester, NY – Ace Air Conditioning was awarded the mechanical contract for the new Texas Roadhouse being built on West Henrietta Road. Ace will be working alongside Kelley Construction, a Kentucky based company with extensive experience in restaurants as well as other commercial buildings all across the United States.

The mechanical contract will include installation of five Trane rooftop units, five LC Systems kitchen heat and grease hoods, as well as ventilation for the dishwasher. The restaurant will have the standard Texas Roadhouse look, featuring exposed galvanized sheet metal ductwork in the seating area. Ace Air Conditioning will pay special attention to detail for the installation of the ductwork to make sure it is visually appealing as well as functional.

Texas Roadhouse, Henrietta is scheduled to hold its grand opening December, 2012.

]]> Kissimmee, FL – Ace Air Conditioning has been chosen for the HVAC installation at a new building at the Reedy Creek Improvement District at ESPN on Disney property. Ace will be working with Pertree Constructors, an Orlando based general contractor specializing in commercial, industrial and institutional building since 1988.

The mechanical contract will include installation of two 7.5 ton Trane roof top units, two touchscreen programmable thermostats with remote temperature and humidity sensors and nine exhaust fans.

Ace Air Conditioning expects to be finished with installation at the new Disney building in early August, 2012.
