Contract Awarded: Encore at Avalon

Orlando, FL – Ace Air Conditioning has been awarded the mechanical contract for the upscale new assisted living facility being built in central Florida’s beautiful Avalon Park in East Orlando. Ace will be working alongside Lamm and Co. Partners one of the the area’s premier general contractors for high end architecture.

The 10 million dollar, 80,000 square foot project, originally named Park Tower at Avalon, will include 90 senior living apartments as well as 128 assisted living beds. The three story building will be surrounded by beautiful park-like landscaping. Clearly a project of this magnitude calls for a highly specialized mechanical plan as well as a large team of qualified installers competent to work with such state of the art equipment.

Encore at Avalon is set for groundbreaking on September 10th at 5:30 PM and scheduled to open summer of 2014.

ADT Security in Orlando

Ace Air Conditioning was recently awarded the mechanical contract for the new ADT Security Headquarters in Orlando. This new 60,717 square foot building for the leading security company in the United States will have a total of 17 Trane split systems and one mini split as well as two energy recovery units . We are proud to be partnering with Edwards Construction on this Project. Edwards Construction is a nationally recognized leader in the industry.

Primrose School – Orlando

Orlando, FL – Ace Air Conditioning has been awarded the mechanical contract for the new Primrose School of Lake Nona being built on Narcoossee Road in Orlando. Ace will work along side Central Florida builder, RB Marks Construction.

The mechanical contract includes installation of ten 16 SEER Carrier heat pump systems, ten programmable thermostats and ten smoke dampers with 120 volt electric actuators, as well as five square inline centrifugal exhaust fans and four dehumidifiers.

Construction will be completed in time for the school to open in August, 2012.

CVS – Orlando

Orlando, FL – Ace Air Conditioning Inc. was awarded the mechanical contract for the new Orlando CVS/ Pharmacy on International Drive. CVS is one of the nation’s largest pharmacy chains. With more than 7,000 locations, this company operates the most drugstores in the United States.

The new CVS pharmacy and store will have four Trane systems and one mini split. Ace Air Conditioning will be working on this project along side of Young Contracting. This Atlanta based general contracting firm is known for their quality construction and safe practice techniques on the jobsites.
