Port Orange, FL - Ace Air Conditioning was awarded the mechanical contract for the new Country Inn and Suites located at 5802 Journey's End Drive across from the Pavilion of Port Orange. The four-story building will include eighty-seven sleeping rooms as well as a conference room, a fitness room and a spacious lobby.

Ace will partner with local general contractor, J & A builders, Inc. The mechanical contract includes installation of four Addison 100% fresh air split systems, sixty-seven Amana PTAC room units, Twenty Amana VTACs, seven straight cool Carrier split systems, two Carrier ductless mini splits as well as exhaust fans, a laundry chute, commercial dryer vents, Onity thermostats with PIR sensors and remote PIRs in the two room suites.

The hotel is set to open December 5th, 2011.
