Texas Roadhouse – Rochester, NY

Rochester, NY – Ace Air Conditioning was awarded the mechanical contract for the new Texas Roadhouse being built on West Henrietta Road. Ace will be working alongside Kelley Construction, a Kentucky based company with extensive experience in restaurants as well as other commercial buildings all across the United States.

The mechanical contract will include installation of five Trane rooftop units, five LC Systems kitchen heat and grease hoods, as well as ventilation for the dishwasher. The restaurant will have the standard Texas Roadhouse look, featuring exposed galvanized sheet metal ductwork in the seating area. Ace Air Conditioning will pay special attention to detail for the installation of the ductwork to make sure it is visually appealing as well as functional.

Texas Roadhouse, Henrietta is scheduled to hold its grand opening December, 2012.

Grimaldi’s Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria

Tampa, FL – Ace Air Condition is starting work on a new Grimaldi’s Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria being built in Tampa’s Citrus Park Mall. Ace will be working alongside Buffalo Construction, a Kentucky based company with extensive experience in restaurant building and remodeling.

The mechanical contract includes all HVAC installation for the 4,000 square foot pizzeria. One of the distinctive features of the plan for Grimaldi’s is a bar that is located inside the restaurant, but also open to the outside patio. Ace will install three air curtains in order to keep the conditioned air inside the restaurant. Excelling in this type of specialty commercial construction is something Ace Air Conditioning has gained a reputation for throughout the United States.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is scheduled to open Fall, 2012.

Logan’s Roadhouse – Kissimmee

Kissimmee, FL – Ace Air Conditioning has been awarded the mechanical contract for the new Logan’s Roadhouse being built at 8191 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, just minutes from Central Florida’s biggest tourist attractions and theme parks.

Ace is known for their specialized skills when it comes to commercial work and particularly restaurants. They do work nationwide and are currently working on projects in 11 different states… Ace Air Conditioning will work on Logan’s Roadhouse along side of Venture Construction. Venture is an Atlanta based builder that has completed over 13,000 projects, the vast majority of which are restaurants.

The mechanical contract for Logan’s Roadhouse includes four Trane rooftop units, and one make up air unit, plus condensers for a walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, meat cooler, visual beer cooler and walk in beer cooler. Additionally Ace will install kitchen hoods, an exhaust fan and a direct gas fire heated make-up air unit.

Logan’s Roadhouse is scheduled to open August, 2012.

Lacrosse, WI – Ace Air Conditioning was awarded the mechanical contract for the new Texas Roadhouse to be located on State Road 16. Ace will be working alongside Buffalo Construction, a Kentucky based company with extensive experience in restaurant building and remodeling.
