]]> Debary, FL – Ace Air Conditioning was awarded the mechanical contract for a new preschool building for Debary Presbyterian Church on East Highbanks Road. The original church building was burned to the ground after a lightning strike in August 2009. The new preschool will also serve as a temporary sanctuary for the church until a new one is built.Ace will be working along side Senatore Construction, owned and operated by James Senatore, a Leesburg based architect who has designed and built more than 50 churches. The mechanical contract for the preschool includes seven Carrier straight cool split systems, as well as all ductwork, exhaust fans and associated ducts and all grilles and thermostats.

The church congregation expects to be holding their services in this new building as soon as April, 2010.
